• Any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time.

You understand and agree that the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We may add, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

7. Circumvent any access restrictions or interfere with the proper working of the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.

The Platform, its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are and will remain the exclusive property of sexycam.app and its licensors. Our trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names (including "sexycam.app") may not be used without our prior written consent.

All visual, audio, and textual content streamed or displayed by Models is the intellectual property of the respective Model or their licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view such content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall sexycam.app, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party (including other Users or Models) on the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any statements or conduct of any Model or third party.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any warranty that the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any warranty regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any content or interactions facilitated by the Platform.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any content, products, or services advertised or offered by a third party through the Services. Any interactions between Users and Models are solely between those individuals. We are not a party to any agreements formed between Users and Models.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Services and contacting us to request account deletion, subject to any outstanding financial obligations.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by the courts of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

We operate in compliance with applicable laws but make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of permitted jurisdictions. Access from territories where the Services' content is illegal is prohibited.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, typically by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email to registered users.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
